Delivery country
In which countries does Kadenoshop deliver?
We currently only deliver to the USA.
Order confirmation
When will I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and have started processing it.
Order tracking
How can I track my order?
The tracking code will be sent to your email address within 24 hours after your package has left our warehouse.
Delivery details
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is:
Delivery time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)
Delivery time: 4-7 days (Mon-Sat)
If you place your order before 15:00 (UST-05:00), it will be processed the same day.
Shipping costs
Are there shipping costs?
No, all our products are delivered free of shipping costs. There is no minimum order amount.
Delayed orders
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum processing and delivery time has been exceeded and your order has not yet arrived, you can expect up to two extra days. Please check your tracking code. If your package has still not arrived, please contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
What should I do if my package is damaged or contains incorrect items?
Take pictures of the problem and briefly describe what the problem is. Please contact us and provide your order number. We will take care of resolving the issue.
