When can I expect to receive my order?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, kadenoshop delivers products directly from our warehouse. As a result, delivery may take a little longer than you're used to. Processing your order takes approximately 1-2 working days. The average delivery time in New Zealand is 3-6 working days.

I've overstayed my delivery date, what's the status of my order?

When you order from kadenoshop, you always benefit from free delivery.

How can I pay for my order?
kadenoshop always offers secure payment. We use the most widely used payment service in New Zealand: creditcard & Paypal

I'm missing some products. How can this be possible?
Some orders are sent in separate parcels due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the products you order may come from different suppliers. If you order more than one product at a time, they may not be delivered at the same time.

Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of your order will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, it is possible that your order may be damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is of course nothing you can do about this. In this case, please contact our customer service department immediately by sending an e-mail to Please take photos of the complaint and attach them to the e-mail.

You cannot return the product without sending us the photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team will deal with your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best possible solution.

This is the case if you have bought the wrong product, if it doesn't suit you or if you no longer want it.
